Lessons can be booked by phone, WhatsApp, email, or through the Driveology website. All bookings are subject to availability.

Payment must be made before or at the start of each lesson unless otherwise agreed. Lesson packages must be paid for in advance.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange a lesson.
Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at the full lesson rate.
If Driveology needs to cancel a lesson due to illness, vehicle issues, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances, an alternative lesson will be arranged as soon as possible.
Please be ready at the agreed pick-up location and time. Time lost due to a pupil being late may be deducted from the lesson duration.
Pupils are responsible for booking their own driving tests unless otherwise agreed.
Use of the instructor’s vehicle for a driving test is subject to the instructor’s assessment that the pupil is at a safe test standard.

Any pupil attending a lesson under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that may impair driving ability will not be permitted to drive. The lesson will be cancelled immediately and the full lesson fee will be payable.
Driveology reserves the right to terminate a lesson immediately if a pupil behaves in a manner that is unsafe, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. No refund will be provided for lessons terminated for these reasons.
Pre-paid lesson packages are non-transferable and must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds for unused lessons will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Pass Me Fast intensive courses are subject to availability and suitable driving test dates.
Completion of an intensive course does not guarantee a driving test pass.
Driveology will only use personal information for lesson administration, communication, and legal obligations. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.
Driveology accepts no responsibility for losses resulting from driving test cancellations by the DVSA, adverse weather conditions, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control.
